Every unit is built through a controlled six stage manufacturing process that protects accuracy and consistency from the first component to the final carton.

1. Incoming load cells, ADC modules, housings and keypads are inspected against approved golden samples.
2. Surface mount PCBs are assembled on automated lines with optical inspection at every station.
3. Load cell bonding and circuit calibration are performed in a stable temperature zone for repeatable readings.
4. Each unit completes a 24 hour ageing and burn in test to remove early life failures.
5. The finished scale is calibrated with certified E2 class test weights and its accuracy is recorded against the serial number.
6. A full functional check of display, keypad, interface and battery confirms the unit before packing.

Typical users include seafood and meat processing plants, bakeries, dairy factories, cold storage rooms and chemical workshops, where the scale must be rinsed down between shifts. The IP68 rating also makes it suitable for outdoor docks and humid coastal warehouses.

Each scale is protected by shock absorbing foam, sealed in a neutral white box and packed into an export grade brown carton that has passed drop and compression testing. Every carton carries the model, quantity and a unique batch code for full traceability. We provide a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, a spare parts support programme and English technical documentation. Third party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged before shipment on request.

Q1. What are your terms of packing?
We pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack in your branded boxes after receiving your authorisation letter.

Q2. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30 percent as deposit and 70 percent before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. L/C, Western Union and are also accepted.

Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDU are all available. We can quote against your preferred Incoterm.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
Generally 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The exact lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Do you provide samples and OEM service?
Yes. Sample orders are welcome, and our engineers can support custom firmware, logo printing and packaging for volume OEM projects.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, every unit is 100 percent calibrated and functionally tested before packing, and an inspection report is available on request.
