Because the design separates the weighing platform from the indicator housing, the same instrument family can be installed on a counter, a bench or a mobile trolley. Accessories such as printer cables, relay boxes and additional platforms are available from stock for buyers who standardise on one model across several sites.

Individual foam-lined color box, 6 boxes per export carton with edge protection. Cartons are drop tested from 80cm and marked with model, quantity and net weight for warehouse handling. Each unit carries a 12 month warranty covering the load cell, display and mainboard, and spare parts are stocked for seven years after the model is discontinued. Orders are inspected before shipment and buyers are welcome to arrange third party inspection at our plant.

A: Each unit ships with a serialised calibration certificate traceable to OIML class M1 weights, plus a test report showing zero, half load and full load error values.

Q5: How is payment handled?

A: T/T with 30 percent deposit and 70 percent before shipment is standard. L/C at sight, Western Union and Trade Assurance orders are also accepted for established buyers.

Q6: What happens if a unit fails in the field?

A: The 12 month warranty covers the load cell, display and mainboard. Replacement boards and load cells are shipped by express within 48 hours of a confirmed fault report, and our engineers provide remote diagnosis over video call.
